Serious changes

When a client has serious changes near their property pests have a field day. Here an old brick street has been removed for sewer replacement. Harborage zones that have been in place since the late 1800s have been disturbed. The residents living in the area are about to have guests they ae not prepared for or want. With all this going on vehicle traffic is limited as well creating more of a challenge for the PMP. What will be the best way to secure the homes from pests and provide peace of mind for the folks living here?
