Cleaning list

This cleaning list may seem so simple, but it speaks loudly when folks are really interested in their business. Partnerships between PMPs and their clients work when both parties understand their roles. The list pictured is from a good sized restaurant chain location that follows strict guidelines in house to keep things up. These lists are posted for all the employees to see and take action to get the job done. Owner and management simply follow up and if needed participate in the process. The PMP verifies the work is done and then provides the pest control processes required to keep the site pest free. It works because both sides communicate at every step.
