A problem

A problem for many PMPs is getting client cooperation. Sometimes a simple picture sent to an executive can really help. In this case a multiple location retail site was suffering from pest penetration and lack of proper upkeep. You would think national standards and all that would be followed but that is not always the case. This shot was sent to an executive with the firm at their request wanting a representative image of their site conditions. The picture itself was literally taken 20 feet from their main front entrance in a area used by employees to take smoke breaks. The result was a site cleaned up in less than two days and a far more cooperative local group of partners moving forward. I remember the executive mentioning when he saw the picture “with all those empty energy drinks they should have had plenty of energy to keep my place up”.
